4、 . 四、被测金属样品的外形尺寸： 4.outline dimension of measured metal specimen 线材：直径 1mm 以上； 小口径管材：外径 2mm 以上； 被测材料与探测窗之间的距离小于 10mm ； 被测材料（表面）的状态：平面、曲面、粗糙表面、不规则表面、 粉末状、振动状态等。被测表面应打磨露出金属光泽，不影响分 析结果。 Wire stock: diameter greater than 1mm ; Small pipe-tube: external diameter greater than 1mm ; Distance between measur

6、五、操作步骤： 5.Operation procedure: 1.使用前认真阅读 本 设备操作使用规程 或使用说明书 ，仔细 检查仪器表面，如发现有明显破损或异常现象应立即更换。 2.使用该设备时应正确佩戴设备防护腰带，手握设备时应先把防 滑带套入手腕，以防设备损坏。 3.测量前应保证被测面露出金属光泽。按下电源开关，仪器发出 提示音，液晶屏幕显示数据后，直接在触摸屏上输入 1 、 2 、 3 、 4 、 E 进入操作界面（主界面） 。 4.仪器校正：在正式测试前，应检测“标块”，确认检测值正常， 方可进检测产品。 5.测量时把发射镜贴近被测物体表面，按下把手上的检测开关按 钮，此时工作提醒灯闪烁测量开始，待仪器发出提示音测量结束。 6.按“” / “”键翻看检测数据。继续检测请则再次按下把 手上的检测开关按钮。退出检测界面按“”回到主界面。 7.测量完毕后长按电源开关，关机，并将设备放置在防水设备箱 内。 1.
