6、 shaft;slag;selection*“十二五”国家科技支撑计划课题(2013BAB10B01)作者简介韩兵,高级工程师,E-mail:han3503163 com 收稿日期2016-09-210引言目前多数大型煤矿为快速进入综采工作面经常采用斜井掘进机作为掘进方式1。连续皮带输送机因其在长距离、大坡度条件下具备连续输送物料的能力,将成为今后配套斜井盾构掘进的主要出渣方式。乔淑云2 研究了煤矿主斜井带式输送机的选型技术,针对红庆梁煤矿工程给出了驱动布置方案及关键部件的选型计算。王鹰3 论述了长距离、大运量皮带输送机的动态分析、软启动、水平转弯、储带、皮带及接头的监控等关键技术,对设计长距离带式输送机有参考意义。王智远4 以大伙房水库输水一期工程 TBM 标段为例,对比了出渣方式的优缺点,阐述了连续皮带机配套 TBM 出渣时需注意的问题,并给出了解决办法。上述文献对连续皮带机在煤矿斜井进行生产运输和在水平隧洞配套盾构出渣的应用做了研究,但新街煤矿斜井为 6下坡,目前国内对盾构配套可伸缩带式输送机在斜井中出渣的应用尚无经验可以借鉴。本文根据新街煤矿斜井工程地质特点及隧道出渣量要求,对
