1、30施工技术CONSTUCTION TECHNOLOGY2016 年 11 月上第 45 卷第 21 期DOI:10.7672/sgjs2016210030钢骨混凝土桁架转换层施工高大模板支撑系统设计*邓年春1,陈小涛2,邓宇2,鲁建2(1 广西大学土木建筑工程学院,广西南宁530004;2 广西科技大学土木建筑工程学院,广西柳州545006)摘要钢骨混凝土桁架转换层是高层结构转换层中的一种重要形式,其施工过程中常需要搭建高大模板支撑系统。支撑系统的设计直接关系到建筑施工的质量、安全与效益。依托柳东新区企业总部大楼项目的施工,对其转换桁架高大模板支撑系统进行了研究与设计。本工程采用格构柱支撑体
2、系,先对支撑体系进行总体布局,然后简化支点对转换桁架结构进行荷载组合下的计算,得出格构柱顶部反力,以此对格构柱进行选型,再对单个及整体格构柱的受力与稳定性进行验算。同时验算了梁底模板支撑系统的安全性与柱基承载力,并对千斤顶同步卸载系统进行了设计。研究结果表明该支撑系统安全可靠,能满足该工程的多功能需求。关键词钢骨混凝土;桁架;转换层;支撑系统;脚手架;卸载;设计 中图分类号TU755.2;TU731.2 文献标识码A 文章编号1002-8498(2016)21-0030-05The Design of High Formwork Supporting System for Steel einf
