1、摘要现代化煤炭生产企业离不开现代化安全监测监控系统.安全监控系统为各级生产指挥者和业务部门提供环境安全参数动态信息,为指挥生产提供第一手资料.通过对被测参数的比较和分析,为预防灾害事故提供技术数据,便于提前采取防范措施，通过对被测参数实施实时有效的控制,及时实现自动报警、断电和闭锁,便于制止事故的发生或扩大，在发生事故的情况下,能及时指示最佳救灾和避灾路线,为抢救和疏散人员、器材,提供决策信息。本文针对我国煤矿监测监控系统现状存在的问题以及发展的要求，改善了煤矿监测监控的系统组成，并根据东荣二矿各种地质灾害实际情况，提出了东荣二矿一井数字监控、视频监测监控系统的设备选型以及应用等问题的最优方案
